We accept all major debit and credit cards, and a card must be placed on file. Payment for your cleaning is made through our website, app, or invoice, clients cannot pay a cleaner directly for services. Tips are optional: you can hand a tip directly to your cleaner, or add it to your card payment, tips left with card payments are paid directly to your cleaner.

Pets must be put away and kept away from cleaning materials and the areas being cleaned for the duration of the appointment, for their safety and your cleaner's.

Give us entry instructions when you book, a key, door code, lockbox, or someone present to let your cleaner in. If your cleaner can't access your home at the scheduled time, it's treated as a lockout under our Lockout & Cancellation policy below.

No, we won't re-clean an area after it's been cleaned if it's disturbed afterward. If something wasn't cleaned properly the first time, let us know within 24 hours and we'll make it right.

During holidays, we do not clean, remove, or rearrange decorations, that's an add-on service and must be requested in advance. All add-on services must be requested before your cleaning, not the day of, since they require extra time. For example, inside-refrigerator cleaning is included with a deep clean, but the inside of the stove is considered an add-on.
