How does the quote calculator work?
Enter your name, email, and phone, then choose your cleaning type, frequency, home size, and add-ons. The price updates on screen as you go. We confirm the final price before your appointment.
What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning covers routine upkeep: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, and surfaces. Deep cleaning goes further, including baseboards, inside appliances (inside the oven is included), grout, and buildup that routine visits don't reach. Move-in/move-out cleanings get deep-clean detail on an empty home.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many customers give us entry instructions and go about their day. Let us know how your cleaner should get in when you book.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. If you want specific or eco-friendly products used, let us know when you book.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to re-clean the areas of concern at no charge. See our Satisfaction Policy for details.
Do you offer same-day cleanings?
Yes, when we have availability. Same-day bookings carry a $75 rush fee and must be made at least 6 hours ahead or by 10 AM, whichever is sooner. Text 440-941-8345 for the fastest answer.
Do you serve my area?
We serve Spring and greater Houston, including Harris, Fort Bend, and Montgomery Counties. We also serve Cleveland, Ohio and the surrounding areas. The best way to find out if we serve your area is to complete a quote form. A $25 travel fee applies for locations more than 25 miles from our service hubs.
When do I pay, and can I tip my cleaner?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Cash App Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, and Zelle, and a card is kept on file. Payment must be made before the end of your cleaning service, through our website, app, or invoice, not directly to your cleaner. Tips are optional: hand one to your cleaner or add it to your card payment, and it goes straight to them.
How do I reschedule or cancel?
Use your booking confirmation or contact us at least 24 hours ahead. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Can I get a quote for a business?
Yes. Commercial pricing depends on traffic, restrooms, floors, and schedule, so we build a custom written quote. Send a commercial inquiry and we'll set up a walkthrough or photo review within 48 hours.
